研究领域

张杰教授、博导、国家杰出青年科学基金、国家优秀青年科学基金、教育部新世纪优秀人才、福建省杰出青年基金等获得者。长期从事重大脑疾病比如老年痴呆(AD)、抑郁症、自闭症、术后认知功能障碍等的致病机理和药物开发研究。提出了神经元细胞周期调控紊乱导致AD致病的新机制;并结合计算机模拟,开发多个小分子化合物用于AD防治研究。。同时,鉴定了中国人群新的抑郁致病风险基因MEN1,为抑郁症的诊治提供了新的靶点和方向。至今以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文20余篇,H index17。近5年张杰教授以通讯作者在国际知名学术期刊(Nature Neuroscience, Neuron, Biological Psychiatry, Cell Reports, PNAS, JNS, JBCClinical Cancer Research等)发表多篇论文。先后主持国家省市课题十余项,总额超过1000万。
